I am a proud member of the menstrual warriors movement and believe that menstrual equity is one of the basis of women and girls equal enjoyment of their human rights. Fighting the stigmas and taboos surrounding menstruation is one of the many things that need to be done to achieve the goal. The stigmas and taboos have not just stolen freedom and rights of many women and girls but have crippled their lives for generations.

I believe we are fighting the good fight, for everyone of us needs to fully enjoy their lives and rights.
